Liam Gallagher critica U2
Liam Gallagher criticou os U2 pelo hábito que têm de ver os videos das suas actuações assim que estas acabam visto não terem tido muito tempo para os ensaios:
«The Oasis frontman couldn't believe a story he'd heard about the Irish group watching a video of their live show after they had come off stage and analysising it.
He told Sydney's Daily Telegraph, "W***ers. Haven't they got f**k all better to do? I'd rather be out there getting pi**ed.
"I certainly wouldn't go back after a gig and analyse it. No wonder they're the biggest band in the world: 'Oh Edge, the fourth guitar solo wasn't right tonight'. 'Oh, sorry Bono'.
"If that's what people think rock'n'roll is ..."
The 32-year-old singer added: "This is the best job in the world. It's even better when you're the best rock star.
"I'm the best f**king rock'n'roll singer this country's ever had."
Oasis begin their UK and Irish stadium tour at Glasgow's Hampden Park on June 29»
